Software Unit
This unit consists of various departments, each with its own name and description of responsibilities as follows:
Software Design Unit
This unit is responsible for designing databases based on customer needs and data volume. Additionally, it is tasked with enhancing performance and maintaining data. This team specializes in SQL SERVER, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases depending on the project requirements.
Data Analytics Unit
This unit is responsible for designing databases based on customer needs and data volume. Additionally, it is tasked with enhancing performance and maintaining data. This team specializes in SQL SERVER, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases depending on the project requirements.
DevOps Unit
This unit aims to create a suitable platform for developers and is responsible for the following tasks:
- Dockerizing projects and managing GIT updates
- Creating reporting panels for project managers and clients
- Final deployment and system maintenance
Coding Unit
This unit includes programmers at various levels:
Frontend Designers: This team is responsible for designing UI/UX for frontend software using tools like Figma.
Backend Programmers: This team works with .NET Core technology.
Application Programmers: This team develops mobile applications using Android Studio and Flutter.
Windows Application Programmers: This team develops software using C#.
Testing Unit: This unit is responsible for testing products and providing feedback.
Documentation Unit: This unit is responsible for technical documentation and creating product guides.
Hardware Design Unit
This unit is tasked with designing and producing electronic products based on cus tomer needs and specified constraints using the la test a vailable technologies. Various teams within this unit are engaged as follows:
Software Design Unit
1. Project Managers: This team conducts research on the required components for the product.
2. Schematic Designers: This team designs the product schematic using Altium software.
3. PCB Design: This team designs the PCB layout using Altium.
4. Firmware Development and Production: This team executes firmware for the boards through the following methods:
- Using C language in Keil software.
- Driver development on the BSP operating system.
- Linux OS development.
- Software development on the Linux OS using QT tools.
5. Technical Team: This includes assembly technicians and repair personnel for production and sample product repairs.
6. Testing and Quality Control (QC) Unit: Personnel in this unit are responsible for testing and debugging products.
7. Documentation Unit: This team is responsible for technical documentation and creating product guides.
8. Mass Production Team: Members of this team are responsible for production and QC of the production line.
Unit of After-Sales Services
This unit comprises various departments responsible for installation, training, deployment, and delivery of the system to the customer, as well as after-sales services.
Installation and Commissioning Unit: This unit is obliged to install and commission the purchased product on the distributed infrastructure according to agreements with the customer.
Deployment Unit: This unit is responsible for configuring all customer-defined parameters on the purchased product to ensure it operates effectively and efficiently according to the customer’s administrative procedures and regulations.
Training Unit: This unit is responsible for providing training to customers on how to use the products, based on the prepared documentation, either in-person or online.
Call Center Unit: This unit is responsible for registering and following up on the resolution of problems reported by customers over the phone.
On-Site Support Unit: This unit is responsible for addressing all problems that cannot be resolved online by providing on-site support at the customer’s location.
